MicroEnlightenment - the blog

A blog about mindfulness? There are vast tomes about mindfulness, and there are numerous snippets, tips anecdotes. But for me the best template is something in the middle ground. We think that enlightenment is reserved for special beings; those with the time and status to meditate all the time. This is inaccurate, a bar to enlightenment, and an excuse for just carrying on. We don't know what goes on in the minds of full-time gurus, and we don't need to know. Yet the snippets and anecdotes, I also find unsatisfactory: too fleeting, too pat. Hence this blog, which aims to present different perspectives, one of which might be helpful at any particular time. I take my cue from:
